What is the different between and Listing Agent and a Buyer’s Agent? 

The Listing Agent is the agent that represents the seller.  His job is to get the seller the highest price for their home.  He always works for the seller.  Even when you have him represents you and presents your offer to the seller.

THE BUYER’S AGENT WORKS ONLY FOR THE BUYER.  My job is to represent you THE BUYER.  To help you buy the house and at the lowest fair price, and to help you through the process of buying a home.

  Today the Real Estate Market is a Buyer’s market.  What does that mean to you?

There are plenty of home for sale in the area you want to live.  Some of these homes are great values some are not.  As a Realtor, who has lived in Orange County since 1984 and a member of Century 21 Ambassador in Brea, CA I can represent you and negotiate the best price, terms, and inform you of your rights.
